Shipping & Customs Policy
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
U.S. Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: 5–6 business days via USPS road transport or alternative – $9.99 flat rate
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We’re working on expanding worldwide! In the future, we plan to ship to select countries with reliable customs practices and legal acceptance of our products. Please check back as we update our list.
For legal and safety reasons, we will not ship to countries where the sale or import of adult pleasure items is restricted or prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to):
India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Maldives, Thailand, and Nigeria.
If an order is placed from a restricted region, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Your privacy is our priority. The return address will not reference our store name or product category.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
If you’re placing an international order (once available), please be aware of the following:
- Your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Customs delays are rare but may affect delivery time.

Refused or Seized Shipments
Pearl Moon Pleasures is not responsible for packages refused by customs or seized due to local laws. Please ensure that adult products are allowed in your country before placing an order.
